Putting Your Best Case Forward:

Judge Linda Atcherley will cover all aspects of preparing for and handling a workers’ compensation trial, including the Permanent Disability ratings. Topics include what to consider before the trial, during the trial and even after the judge has issued an Opinion on Decision. Judge Atcherley will also focus on issues related to the new lien regulations, such as how best to frame the issues for trial, burden of proof glitches, coding issues, use and misuse of the medical-legal fee schedule and “agreed bill reviewers.”
